1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on pedas77, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your information promptly if it changes at any time after registration.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active account on pedas77. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pedas77 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We support a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and USDT.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. pedas77 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

• You may only withdraw funds that are genuinely yours and not subject to a pending wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• pedas77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your name are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pedas77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to block, delay, or report any transaction that raises reasonable concerns under applicable anti-money laundering laws. Users found to have used the Platform for money laundering purposes will have their accounts closed and balances seized, and may be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pedas77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to individual terms and conditions specified at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x). This means you must wager the bonus amount that number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance will expire at the end of that period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pedas77 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that may constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and sharing bonus codes in a manner not sanctioned by pedas77. Accounts found engaging in such behaviour may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using the pedas77 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity theft, or payment fraud.
• Posting or transmitting abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing content through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any software or proprietary game content from pedas77.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of pedas77.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

pedas77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Your account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• A responsible gaming concern has been identified, including signs of problem gambling.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from you or a third party acting on your behalf.
• We are required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited entirely. Where termination occurs for other reasons, legitimate balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please allow up to five (5) business days for account closure requests to be fully processed.
